  1. Auris Media (Reg. No. 319603791) is the owner of the website aurismedia.com and a partner in the sale of various projects.

  2. In accordance with Israeli law, this agreement constitutes a public offer. By accepting the terms detailed below, the customer makes payment for tickets ordered in accordance with this agreement. By paying for tickets, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

  3. aurismedia.com provides full information on events on its website, including description, location, start time, and ticket prices. For any inquiries regarding ticket purchase, delivery, or event execution, customers and site visitors may contact the website owner directly using the contact details provided on the site.

  4. The number of tickets offered on the website for various events is limited, and orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices listed on the website are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT as required by law. aurismedia.com reserves the right to change any published prices at any time without prior notice, and the user waives any claim or demand against the company or its representatives regarding this matter.

  5. aurismedia.com may occasionally charge additional customer service fees when purchasing tickets (such as online handling fees, postage, courier delivery, or printing fees). If applicable, the cost of these additional services will be displayed before completing the purchase.

  6. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the collection, use, processing, and transfer of personal data for the purposes of ordering, receiving electronic tickets, and receiving notifications regarding the order, cancellations, exchanges, or postponements. All customer information provided is not disclosed, published, or transferred to third parties and is used solely for service provision. The company does not sell customer data.

  7. The customer must provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order. aurismedia.com undertakes not to share this information with third parties except as required by Israeli law.

  8. The purchaser must ensure that all identifying details provided during purchase are accurate and up to date. If incorrect details are submitted, aurismedia.com cannot guarantee delivery of the purchased tickets. Providing false identification details is strictly prohibited by law, and aurismedia.com reserves the right to take all legal and judicial measures against anyone who deliberately provides false information.

  9. The customer may place an order independently via the website or by phone. After registering on the website or completing payment, the customer gains access to the full range of services: ticket booking and seat selection, newsletter subscription, and SMS notifications. The customer may unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional messages at any time by contacting the company or clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message.

  10. An order may be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase, but no later than 7 business days before the event. Notification must be sent via email or phone.

  11. Orders cannot be canceled less than 7 business days before the event if more than two weeks have passed since the purchase.

  12. If the event is canceled, the company will notify the customer (via email and/or SMS) and refund the full amount of the order.

  13. The customer has read and accepted this public offer before purchasing tickets and agrees that if the event is postponed, the tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date with the same seats retained. The company will notify the customer by email and/or SMS.
Within 14 days from the date of postponement, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
If the order is canceled at the customer’s initiative, in accordance with section 8, a fee of 5% of the order amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
Sections 10, 11, and 12 comply with the regulations of the Israeli Consumer Protection Authority.

  14. Any change to an order that has already been paid for — including seat or row changes — requires cancellation and rebooking.

  15. If you miss the event for any reason, your tickets will unfortunately be void, and your payment will not be refunded.

  16. If the customer arrives late to the event, venue staff reserve the right to relocate the customer to different seats until intermission or the end of the event, according to the venue’s rules.

  17. According to the operating rules of theaters and concert halls in Israel, a child of any age must have a ticket.
