Terms of Use

 

According to website regulations, Public Offer Sections 10–14)

  1. An order may be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase on the website, but no later than 7 days before the event date (these days must not include holidays).
    Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to tix@aurismedia.com

  2. Cancellations are not possible less than 7 business days before the event if more than two weeks have passed since the purchase date.

  3. If the event is canceled, the company will notify the customer (by email and/or SMS) and refund the full ticket amount (excluding any additional customer service fees, such as online handling fees, postal delivery, courier service, or printing fees).

  4. The customer has read this public offer before purchasing tickets and agrees that if the event is postponed, the tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date with the same seats retained. The company will notify the customer (by email and/or SMS).
    Within 14 days from the announcement of the postponement, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
    If the cancellation is initiated by the customer, a fee of 5% of the order amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply.
    These terms comply with Sections 10, 11, and 12 of the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations.

  5. Any modification to an existing paid order — including changes to row or seat — requires a new booking: cancellation of the previous order and submission of a new one.
